Appointments and Scheduling
Yes, we offer convenient online scheduling. Simply click here to choose a time that works for you.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Insurance & Payment
We currently accept Traditional Medicare and offer affordable cash pay options for all other patients. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan or private insurance, you’re still welcome to receive care through our self-pay rates. We’re happy to provide a detailed receipt if you’d like to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
We do not contract with Medicare Advantage plans at this time. However, patients with Medicare Advantage coverage are welcome to receive care through our cash pay option. We’re happy to provide a detailed invoice (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Please note: Reimbursement is not guaranteed, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider about your out-of-network physical therapy benefits prior to beginning treatment.
We offer transparent, competitive self-pay pricing for those without insurance or who prefer to pay out-of-pocket. Our rates are as follows:
$100 for a 40-minute session
$150 for a 60-minute session
There are no hidden fees, and each session is tailored to your individual goals and treatment plan. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Treatments & Services
Yes, dry needling is one of the specialized services we offer. It’s performed by licensed therapists who are certified in this technique and trained to ensure your safety and comfort.
Please note: Dry needling is not covered by insurance and is offered as an add-on service for $50 per session.
Yes! In addition to orthopedic physical therapy, we provide:
– Vestibular rehabilitation for balance issues and dizziness
– Kinesiotaping for joint and muscle support
– Manual therapy, including hands-on techniques for joint mobility, soft tissue release, and pain relief
All of our therapists are licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy and are certified in manual therapy, ensuring a high level of clinical expertise and individualized care.
Before Your Visit
We’re conveniently located inside of the Verandah Fitness Center.
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for movement—something similar to workout attire is ideal. Your therapist may need access to the area being treated.
